The Secretary of State is sending a warning to North Korea. Rex Tillerson said Tuesday that the U.S. is pursuing diplomatic efforts to resolve tensions with North Korea, but warned if Pyongyang doesn't chose the path of engagement, they will "trigger an option." The comment comes days after Hawaii's emergency management system mistakenly warned residents of an incoming ballistic missile, terrifying tens of thousands.
Tillerson said North Korea has made significant advances in its nuclear weapons program, but insisted that talks are the best option for them. He said when North Korea looks at the military option, it's not a good outcome for them.
